Hayride in October

Jim was at UND enjoying a hockey game, but missed out on a great day at the Jim Hundstad farm, where Bethlehem Lutheran had a fundraiser for remodeling the youth center. The kids and I are on hay bales on a flatbed behind a big tractor (Cameron was thrilled). The farm, under Hundstad ownership for four generations, is a few miles outside of Aberdeen. On that beautiful 60-degree day we walked the "Haunted Forest" (tree row), made s'mores, strolled thru the pumpkin patch, ate junk food and saw our first tribouchet (sp?) in action w/ some punkin' chunkin'. We'll be back in 2007.
